Teams updates in June 2022

Summer and warm weathers are coming, but Teams is not going to spend holidays, that’s for sure. In this month, there are many updates coming also. So let’s check them out.

With this update Teams admins can track app usage.

Transcripts and Live Captions are finally available in all available languages in Web meetings.

With this update you can use your device buttons to control your calls much easier.

Paging mode will appear when you are in a gallery view and there are more than 9 videos. This update is helping you to navigate easier.

With this update you can Annotate your shared screen. It’l have the same menus as whiteboard.

If you want to send yourself some files so that they are safe, with this update you can do that. (I’m doing it all the time.)

If you need an AI Speaker coach for yourself, this update is definitely for you.

If you are using Teams on the web, with this update it will have some modern meeting experience updates so that it will look the same as the desktop version.

Now you can see timeline markers in meeting recordings, so you can see when you left the meeting or when you joined the meeting.

If you’re call history is too long, now you can Delete it.

That’s it for now. Off to the next one. See ya o/
